Pigsty Racing has a long history building race engines for historic applications. We are most famous for our Austin 7 Engines which have proved to be highly successful, dominating Austin 7 racing.
In recent years we have also developed engines for Riley, Aston Martin, BMW, Coventry Climax and others.
Fitting superchargers to new and existing competition engines including gear, chain and belt drives and bespoke manifolding.
Adaptation of carburettors for increased fuel flow, suitable for supercharging.
Port work on blocks and cylinder heads including valve seat cutting and the manufacture of Colsibro valve guides.
We produce our own range of solid copper head gaskets for Austin and Coventry Climax engines as well as custom gaskets.
Pigsty also offer rebuild services for superchargers such as Marshall, Volumex, Cozette and Centric among others.
Camshaft and cam follower reprofiling.
Ignition systems including our own newly developed twin points distributor and Pigsty's super reliable condenser.
We offer full dynamometer setup and testing services on our Froude EC26 dyno.
